La Lhuiseraie

Welcome to La Lhuiseraie, a charming, carefully restored 19th century Bugey house, nestled in the heart of the picturesque village of Lhuis , at the foot of the southern Bugey mountains.

Our building, made up of two houses, offers an authentic experience in the heart of Bugey. The main house houses three guest rooms , Dormance, Dahlia, and Pensées, each offering a unique and warm atmosphere. In the second house with a private terrace, a cottage accommodates up to 6 travelers . The natural materials, soothing tones and carefully sourced decoration demonstrate our concern for an environmentally friendly approach. In addition, we offer a vegetarian table d'hôte , in addition to our gourmet breakfasts , all made with local, homemade and organic products .

Our place, surrounded by a magnificent walled park , invites you to relax by the shared swimming pool or at the foot of the century-old trees.

Located in the charming village of Lhuis , our place is a haven of peace surrounded by hiking trails offering panoramic views of the Rhône and Isère. You will also discover an educational farm, vineyards, local shops, a pottery workshop, as well as other seasonal surprises. Bugey is a paradise for motorcyclists and cyclists , with the ViaRhôna less than 5 km away. La Lhuiseraie is a short drive from Morestel, Walibi, the Vallée Bleue and the lakes of Aiguebelette and Bourget , an ideal base for exploring this beautiful region. Just 1 hour 10 minutes from Lyon and Grenoble, and 1 hour 30 minutes from Geneva , our little corner of paradise awaits you for a rejuvenating getaway in the heart of nature.
