The gîte de La Lhuiseraie is a house adjoining the guest house that we have carefully renovated to accommodate up to 6 travelers . Spacious and well-equipped, the gîte offers privileged access to our magnificent one-hectare park and the swimming pool , making it an ideal choice for a stay with family or friends.
With a total surface area of approximately 100 m2 spread over two floors, this cottage offers a large living room including a lounge area with a large library, a fireplace, a large dining table and a small, well-equipped kitchen. The room opens onto a private terrace , the courtyard, the park and the swimming pool .
In the library you will find a varied selection of books (novels, guides, art and travel books, children's books, etc.) as well as many board games for all ages. Upstairs, three bedrooms and a shared bathroom await you. The first bedroom, overlooking the courtyard, has a 160cm bed and storage cupboards. The second, overlooking the village square, has a 160cm bed, a small desk and cupboards. The last bedroom, also overlooking the village square, has two single beds (90cm).
The 8m2 bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and offers a view of the garden. There is no separate toilet in the accommodation. Organic cotton bed and bath linen is provided, as well as beach towels for the swimming pool .
Our cottage is designed to accommodate families with young children, with a travel cot, a high chair, a baby potty, a changing mat and a step stool available.
During your stay, a barbecue is available at an additional cost (€10 for the stay), including charcoal and cleaning after your departure.
The cottage gives you privileged access to our one-hectare wooded park, entirely enclosed by walls, where your children can play in complete safety. Enjoy our 10m x 4.5m swimming pool , relaxation areas under the trees, and numerous play options for children, including a swing, a cabin, mobile football goals, and various accessories. Please note that the swimming pool does not have a safety barrier, supervision of children is your responsibility. The park and swimming pool are shared with other travelers of the guest house.
Important note: For reservations of the cottage made directly, a deposit of €500 is required on arrival. It will be returned at the end of the stay, after the inventory, provided that no damage has been noted.
