Privatization

La Lhuiseraie is the ideal place for small group events: family reunions, birthdays, reunions with friends, seminars, courses, photo shoots... There is no shortage of opportunities to get together!

The place

By privatizing La Lhuiseraie, you will have access to two houses: the gîte and the guest rooms. Here is what we offer you:

• 7 bedrooms (3 in the gîte, 4 in the guest house) and 5 bathrooms , for a total of 16 beds (with the possibility of adding travel cots).

• 2 comfortable lounges .

• 2 dining rooms : one can accommodate up to 18 people.

• A small equipped kitchen (in the gîte) with dishwasher, refrigerator, crockery, hotplates, etc.

• A large wooded park with swimming pool (10 x 4.5 m), two terraces, play areas, garden furniture, and various games for young and old.

Important note : We live on site and will be present to offer you a tailor-made service during your events.

Restoration

We adapt to your desires and needs. We offer various full-board catering options: breakfasts, brunches, lunches, snacks, dinners, aperitifs... You choose, we take care of the rest.

Professional Events

For your seminars and professional meetings, we can accommodate up to 12 people (4 double beds and 8 single beds), or 7 people if you want one person per room.

The large living room of the gîte (around 50 m²) is ideal for your meetings, equipped with a table for 12 people and a large flat screen.

We also offer many activities to do around us to strengthen the cohesion of your team and create beautiful memories: wine tastings, bike rides, hikes, farm visits... We are at your disposal to advise you and organize these activities!
