After experience managing a guest house in Ardèche, as well as several years of experience in the hotel and catering industry, it was quite natural that we decided to create our own project together. We fell in love with this place, and we immediately imagined its potential to make it a welcoming, authentic and peaceful place.
Concerned about our ecological impact, our choices are always made in an eco-responsible approach. The linen is in linen or organic cotton and made in Portugal, cleaning is done with ecological household products. Most of the furniture in the house has been recovered, found and in some cases restored.
Our cuisine is essentially vegetarian, local and organic. We are keen to introduce you to the producers around us, whether for wine, cheese, vegetables or even breakfast products. In the garden, we installed compost that we use for our small vegetable garden.
We will be delighted to share with you our addresses of local producers, artisans and flea markets!
We also live with two adorable companions, Maïa our very discreet cat and Slow, a very sociable young dog.
In the garden, you will notice some discreet and amusing residents, our chickens. They will delight you at breakfast with their delicious eggs. We also welcomed Margareth, a rehabilitated laboratory rabbit.
